Role Description

The Casualty Adjuster role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the adjuster will manage and investigate casualty and liability claims, including gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and assessing coverage under policy terms. The position involves evaluating quantum and liability, preparing clear and timely reports, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate claim files and documentation. The adjuster will liaise with insurers, brokers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient claim resolution and excellent client service. The role also includes contributing to best practices, supporting team knowledge-sharing, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.
