How You'll Make An Impact
- Take charge of a diverse portfolio of public and employer liability claims, covering property damage and personal injury.
- Use your expertise to assess liability, evaluate claims, and negotiate fair settlements.
- Build strong relationships by working closely with clients, brokers, suppliers, and claimants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Offer trusted guidance and expert advice to clients at every stage of the claims process.
- Inspire and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and succeed.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and boost efficiency.
About You
- You bring experience in handling employer liability (EL) and public liability (PL) claims.
- You have a solid understanding of insurance principles and regulatory compliance.
- Building strong relationships and communicating effectively comes naturally to you.
- You’re skilled at managing your workload, staying organised, and meeting deadlines.
- Your negotiation and problem-solving abilities set you apart.
- You’re detail-focused, highly organised, and confident in assessing liability and quantum across a range of claims.
