The opportunity:
We are looking for Claims Handlers to work within the Casualty Claims teams in Birmingham. We are looking for inquisitive individuals with the ability to ask the right questions to extract crucial information needed for these claims.
A lack of previous casualty claims handling experience is not a barrier. We are looking for talented individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, behaviours, and have a passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for Zurich and our customers.

What will you be doing?
- Actively manage a portfolio of Public Liability, Product Liability, and Employers Liability claims
- Determine policy coverage on a range of claims intimated
- Accurately assess claims to determine liability and evaluate quantum
- Negotiate settlement where appropriate within agreed authority limits
- Maintain accurate reserving on all claims handled
- Ensure that SLA’s and KPIs are met and maintained
- Deliver a first-class claims service for our customers
