The firm is recognised for its specialist expertise across a range of injury and negligence matters and continues to invest heavily in the growth of its Serious Injury team. This role is open to fast and multi-track PI lawyers looking to develop a catastrophic injury caseload.
Your new role
As a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer, you will manage a caseload of high-value and complex personal injury claims, handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement. You will work on litigated and non-litigated files involving serious and life-changing injuries, while collaborating with senior lawyers, medical experts, counsel and rehabilitation professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
- Progressing litigated and pre-litigation matters efficiently and proactively.
- Drafting legal documentation, witness statements and schedules of loss.
- Attending court hearings, conferences and settlement meetings where required.
- Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and other stakeholders.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal procedural requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling personal injury matters, ideally including complex and litigated claims. Applications are also welcomed from lawyers with strong fast-track or multi-track personal injury experience who are looking to progress into more complex injury work.
- Experience managing claimant personal injury files.
