Opportunity to join leading complex injury team from NQ to Senior Associate

Personal Injury Solicitor – Catastrophic Injury
Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working | NQ+ PQE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top national catastrophic injury team offering the best, most challenging and complex work for a mix of insurer and self-insured corporate clients.

Overview

Title: Associate / Senior Associate (NQ+)
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000
Reports to: Partner
Previous experience: Strong personal injury experience either in RTA or EL/PL. Candidates should have experience of handling a litigated caseload.

Introduction to the opportunities

We are looking to speak with personal injury lawyers across a wide range of PQE from newly qualified solicitors to more experienced Associates and Senior Associates. This includes candidates with claimant and defendant experience.

What to expect

You will advise on a broad range of serious and catastrophic injury matters, including:

  • High-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims
  • Employers' Liability (EL) claims
  • Public Liability (PL) claims
  • Complex multi-track litigation
  • Catastrophic and life-changing injury cases
  • Claims involving significant quantum and liability disputes
  • Strategic case management and detailed liability investigations

You will manage your own caseload while assisting on larger, high-value matters, many of which involve substantial six and seven-figure settlements.

Experience – NQ+

Our client is ready to consider a broad range of PQE including NQs. You will ideally have:

  • Experience handling RTA, EL/PL or broader personal injury litigation matters
  • Exposure to litigated claims, whether fast-track or multi-track
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • A genuine interest in serious injury and catastrophic injury litigation
