About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and driven Category Analyst to join the Europe Marketing team!
In this newly created role, you will support the Category Manager in driving performance and operational excellence of the Skin & Fragrance portfolio, with strong ownership of analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.
As our Category Analyst you will
- Support execution of category strategy to deliver sales, market share, and portfolio growth
- Assist in building category plans, innovation support, and portfolio updates
- Own category performance tracking and reporting, providing regular insights on sales, market share, and product productivity
- Analyse overall portfolio performance, highlighting underperforming and high-potential SKUs and supporting optimisation decisions
- Track NPD performance, including launch metrics, sell-through, and post-launch evaluation
- Support end-to-end launch management and ensure strong execution across markets
- Support and coordinate forecasting activities, including NPD volumes and ongoing demand planning inputs
- Manage key operational product elements across the category, including Sampling (volume planning, allocation, usage tracking), Post-production units (PPUs) coordination with functional stakeholders for forecasting and deployment
- Tokens of appreciation (TOAs) forecast management and support for regional adaptation/development
- Partner with supply chain teams to support availability and minimise risk of stock issues
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management tracking
- Accuracy and quality of category and portfolio reporting with NPD tracking and post-launch analysis effectiveness

Who You Will Work With
You will report directly into our Head of Marketing, EU. You will work closely alongside the EU Marketing team, Commercial, PR, Global, as well as cross-functionally with the wider EU Function.
About You
- You have some experience within Marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or retail
- You have strong analytical and commercial experience, with experience in product or category or brand.
- Data-led but creatively aware - understanding the balance between performance and brand.
- You are a strong collaborator and work well in a fast-paced environment; you can pivot with ease, bringing a positive attitude!
- An excellent communicator, you can effectively articulate your point of view and know how to build strong cross-functional relationships
- You work well under pressure, you can ruthlessly prioritise and know how to influence up and work in an agile environment
- Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge!
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills, with great attention to detail and is results-driven
