The Brand
This is a snacking brand that has grabbed the attention of Gen Z across multiple social media channels, and has now become a force to be reckoned with in the global market. They now seek a Category Executive to take it to the next level in the UK. The brand forms part of one of the largest food manufacturers in the world, operating across dozens of countries and well known for having a very strategic vision. The culture has a clear focus on people.

The role
As Category Executive, you'll sit within a dynamic commercial team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Insight to drive performance across all major channels.
You'll be responsible for:
- Gathering and analysing data across Grocery, Convenience & Wholesale
- Mapping the market, tracking prices and distribution, and identifying whitespace
- Supporting customer relationships, including becoming a go-to expert for buyers and merch teams
- Conducting store audits to track range, space, promotions and executions
- Regularly preparing reports and performance updates to highlight new opportunities
- Championing internal collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Insight functions
- Being a true brand advocate, helping the business stay close to shopper trends
You'll also work with external data providers, support cross-functional projects, and play a hands-on role in shaping the UK strategy.
