Category Growth Manager – Labels / Large Format

Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 plus performance-related bonus
Contract: Permanent, full-time

We’re looking for two commercially driven Category Growth Managers to take ownership of our Labels and Large Format product categories across our two brands: Instantprint and Route1Print.

You’ll be responsible for growing category revenue and gross profit by developing a strong understanding of our customers, market, competitors, and product performance. Using these insights, you’ll identify where we’re performing well, where we’re falling behind, and where the biggest opportunities for growth exist.

Working across ecommerce, sales, operations, and finance, you’ll shape the product range, pricing, website experience, and marketing activity needed to deliver sustainable growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and owning the growth strategy for the Labels or Large Format category.
  • Taking responsibility for category revenue, gross profit, and overall commercial performance.
  • Identifying customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and gaps within the product range.
  • Developing business cases for new products, category improvements, and investment.
  • Reviewing pricing, margins, promotions, and category profitability.
  • Improving product pages, customer journeys, onsite merchandising, and website conversion.
  • Designing and delivering marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, press, and onsite channels to drive category awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Leading product launches and monitoring their commercial performance.
  • Using data and insight to understand what is driving growth and where corrective action is required.
  • Working across the business to ensure category priorities and growth initiatives are delivered.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
