With a portfolio that includes globally recognised wellness brands, the business blends nature, science and decades of expertise to deliver trusted products to consumers worldwide.
As they expand across international markets, they're looking for a Category & Insights Manager to shape category strategy across key global channels and drive meaningful commercial impact.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead the development of category strategies across Grocery, Health Food, Drugstore and Pharmacy channels within global Export markets. Acting as a key strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product and Global Category teams, you’ll build market-specific plans that elevate our presence, unlock category growth and strengthen relationships with distributors and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver credible, insight-led category plans that drive growth across international markets
- Define optimal product ranges for each market and channel, aligned to shopper needs and competitive dynamics
- Identify packaging efficiencies to scale globally while meeting local regulatory requirements
- Own channel strategy across Grocery, Health Food, Drugstore and Pharmacy
- Lead category input for NPD launches, ensuring strong market positioning and commercial impact
- Use market data, shopper insights and category tools (Euromonitor, IMS etc.) to shape strategy
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retail customers, acting as the trusted category expert
- Deliver category reviews and portfolio assessments to ensure alignment with market trends and commercial goals

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in category management & insights from a consumer led business with experience in international markets.
- Ideally some healthcare, wellness experience but wider consumer goods will be considered.
- Strong analytical capability and a methodical approach to complexity
- Excellent communication skills, able to distill large data sets into clear, actionable insight
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team-focused approach
