As an Category Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for pulling together consumer, customer, and shopper lenses to create a powerful single view of performance enabling us to become a leading Wellbeing drinks brand.

- Developing new ways of working that make sure the business is fluent in market performance
- Provoking the business into action through in-depth understanding of buyer behaviour
- Partnering with Performance Team to knit together external view of performance with internal view
- Generating a deep dive into areas of concern and opportunity in market performance to understand and drive action
- Developing reports and helping support the team with interpreting these
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Experienced in getting collating together various data sources into a meaningful story to bring it back to our consumers and how we can delight them
- Ability to take complex data and simplify this
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to create visually impactful insights that will be used across the business
