Head of Category Marketing

Location: London, 2/3 days a week (weekly travel to Dublin is required)
Salary: £120,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + benefits

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an accomplished fashion marketer to join a large consumer-facing business in a senior leadership role with broad commercial influence.
This role will suit someone who has moved beyond traditional campaign delivery and is comfortable shaping growth strategy, influencing product and trading decisions, and using marketing as a genuine commercial lever.

You’ll take responsibility for a major fashion area, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand where future growth will come from and how to strengthen customer relevance in an increasingly competitive market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your focus will be on building a clear marketing agenda for the category and ensuring activity is grounded in customer behaviour, commercial priorities and market opportunity.

You’ll have a strong voice in decisions around proposition, audience, seasonal priorities and investment, while helping bring together teams from across the business to deliver activity that is both customer-led and commercially effective.

You’ll also lead a senior marketing team, setting direction, building capability and creating the conditions for consistently strong execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
