The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the assigned sub-categories in all ranges of marketing and sales activities and support sub-categories across our global footprint. Role’s another task is to be responsible for developing strategies in alignment with the over category strategy and execute the strategies. Marketing Category Lead is also responsible to drive projects in the assigned category forward to generate additional value to management risk, fulfil sustainability targets and drive innovation both cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop category strategies, align them with Stakeholder and get them approved from Global Procurement Leadership Team (GPLT).
- Implement category strategies according Category Road map.
- Support approved vendor list process in our ERP Ariba Guided buying.
- Support the annual budget process in planning and defining standard pricing.
- Conduct relevant sourcing activities with both national and international suppliers using our e-sourcing tools.
- Maintain supply availability of products and service level for all sites.
- Business Partner with Social Impact; and Quality teams to define ethical sourcing standards for categories and supplier conformance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- University degree.
- At least 3 years experiences in international sourcing or marketing procurement (i.e. in FMCG industry).
- Cross functional experience in an international environment.
- Experience in driving negotiation with suppliers.
- Readiness to perform regular business travel abroad.
- Supplier relationship management experience.
