You’ll use sales, consumer, competitor and channel data to identify growth opportunities, shape investment priorities and ensure marketing and product activity delivers against clear commercial objectives.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Digital and Marketing, you’ll help turn insight into action and drive the performance of the Pet Head portfolio.

  • Working with key stakeholders to review and drive the Grooming and Health category performance across key territories.
  • Own the annual Pet Head brand and category plan, including budgets, priorities and KPIs.

  • Complete regular internal reporting to share insights, learnings and best practice across markets to continuously improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve distribution, rate of sale, product mix and overall portfolio performance.

New Product Development/Existing Product Development

  • Partner with Product on the NPD/EPD pipeline, using data and consumer insight to assess opportunities, prioritise investment and improve the portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of key launches and initiatives from strategy through to execution.
  • Provide data and recommendations to inform product lifecycle, investment and portfolio decisions.
  • Develop differentiated USPs and positioning based on consumer needs and market opportunity.
  • Partner with the Director of Products to continuously improve product and packaging propositions.
  • Lead new product launches from concept to global implementation, with clear objectives and measures of success.
  • Review post-launch performance and use learnings to optimise future product and investment decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
