Awesome brands need awesome people, and luckily for you, we are an awesome brand.

At Jimmy's, we've spent the last 15 years on a mission to make ridiculously refreshing iced coffee available in fridges across the UK and beyond. Currently the UK’s #2 Iced Coffee Brand, on a journey to become the nation's #2 overall coffee brand.

Sure, we're passionate about our Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee, endlessly recyclable packaging, and being a proud B Corp. But we're also a bunch of people who genuinely love what we do and have a lot of fun doing it.

As part of the Carlsberg Britvic family, we get the best of both worlds: the energy, creativity and agility of a challenger brand, with the backing of one of the biggest drinks businesses around. We're winning share faster than ever, reaching a double-digit category share for the first time.

We're now looking for a Category Manager to join the crew at our HQ in Christchurch, Dorset. If you're someone who gets excited by shopper behaviour, spotting growth opportunities, building strong customer relationships and turning insights into action, this could be right up your street.

Think you’re up for the ride?

The Job:

This isn't a role where you'll be hiding behind spreadsheets all day (although there'll be a few of those).

You'll be the bridge between insight and action, helping shape category strategies that drive growth for both Jimmy's and our retail partners. You'll work closely with our Sales and Brand teams to ensure we're turning great ideas into commercial success, whilst helping customers unlock opportunities within the category.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
