Category Manager - Hygiene & General Dentistry

Location: Field Based + Work from Home

Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme

We are looking for a strategic and commercially focused Dental Category Manager to join our Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the growth and development of our private and specialist dental categories, driving innovation, efficiency, and patient experience across our practices.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement the strategic agenda for general dentistry income categories across Rodericks Dental Partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, practice teams, and stakeholders to drive commercial success
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Lead initiatives that improve efficiencies and margin growth across the private and specialist offering
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Marketing, BI, and Operations—to deliver training, campaigns, and reporting that drive category performance

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in category or commercial management, ideally within the dental or healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of dental technologies such as intra-oral scanning and digital workflows
  • Experience delivering training, developing partnerships, and managing commercial projects
  • High levels of influence, initiative, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
  • Ability to travel across the UK for client visits, events, and practice engagement
