About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Category & Marketing Manager with a proven background in FMCG chilled foods, fresh produce, or prepared food manufacturing. The ideal candidate must combine mastery of analytical tools such as Kantar, Dunnhumby, and Viper with a creative marketing lens to bring commercial stories and consumer trends to life.

The role combines strategic category insight, integrated marketing focus, and top-tier retail presentation, with a focus on translating market data into winning category growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of consumer data
- Build high-impact pitch decks
- Work closely with internal Commercial, NPD, and Operations teams to ensure category recommendations align with business and supply chain capabilities

Key Tasks
This role acts as the trusted category and marketing expert for key UK grocery buyers—leading commercial propositions, shaping product range recommendations, and driving major retail pitches to key customers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, and Waitrose.
Location
Based in Lincolnshire, this hybrid (Remote role) will work directly alongside the Managing Director at the heart of their fresh produce operations.
