Category Manager – Dairy
Surrey HQ – Hybrid, 2 days per week
c.£55,000 + 20% Bonus + benefits package
Talent Drive are supporting a leading food service business who are looking for a commercially minded Category Manager to take ownership of its Dairy category, joining a fast paced and highly collaborative procurement team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic category management, supplier negotiations and stakeholder engagement to drive real commercial impact across a significant spend portfolio.
You do not necessarily need to be a Dairy specialist. The client are interested in strong category professionals from Food, FMCG, Retail, Foodservice or similarly fast paced environments who can bring the right commercial mindset and category management capability.

What we're looking for:
- Strong strategic category management experience
- Proven supplier negotiation and commercial skills
- Ability to analyse data and turn insight into category strategy
- Confident presenting and influencing stakeholders
- Strong Excel / analytical capability
- A proactive, engaging and collaborative personality

You will also have responsibility for managing and developing a Buyer, so this is a great next step for someone looking to broaden their leadership experience alongside owning a key category.
