Category Manager – FM Procurement | Up to £75,000 + Package | Remote UK with Travel (1–2 times per month)

I’m recruiting for a Category Manager – FM Procurement to join a major global organisation going through an exciting period of procurement investment and transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, established procurement function where you’ll have genuine ownership of significant FM spend, major supplier relationships and category strategy. This isn’t just a sourcing role – you’ll have the autonomy to shape the category, challenge existing suppliers, introduce new ideas and drive commercial value across the business.

There is a strong focus on Hard FM, but the role will have responsibility across a broad FM portfolio, giving you exposure to both Hard and Soft Services. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams, providing excellent visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
