This is a highly visible Individual Contributor role with significant regional impact and accountability for delivering sourcing excellence across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing regional IT sourcing strategies in close partnership with the EMEA CIO organization and IT leadership teams

  • Building, developing, and sustaining strong, trust-based relationships with key strategic suppliers and partners across the IT ecosystem.
  • Planning and leading complex, high-impact negotiations across Telecom, End User Services, IT Resellers, Mobility, and Leasing categories across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Owning and managing Telecom, Voice, and Mobility contracts across the region, while supporting and enabling End User Services (EUS) programs.
  • Leading regional RFx processes, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial engagements across EMEA IT services.
  • Collaborating effectively with regional and global sourcing teams to ensure alignment, leverage scale, and share best practices.
  • Partnering closely with Finance, Vendor Management, Compliance, and Legal subject matter experts to structure, negotiate, and execute high-value commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements, Enterprise License Agreements, Master Product Agreements, SOWs, Leasing Agreements, and NDAs.
  • Staying informed on market, technology, and industry trends impacting IT sourcing decisions and proactively incorporating insights into category strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
