Category Manager, Pure Players
Mind Partners is partnering with NUXE UK in the search for a Category Manager, Pure Players.
Reporting to the Commercial Director UK&I, this role will play a pivotal part in accelerating NUXE’s growth across key online retail partners. The position combines strategic category leadership with hands-on commercial execution, with responsibility for driving sales, market share, and profitability through tailored customer strategies, compelling category plans, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will own category performance across pure player accounts, shaping assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and Joint Business Plan activations to maximize commercial impact. They will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply teams to support launches, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure flawless execution across all operational touchpoints.

A strong commercial mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage budgets with a clear ROI focus will be essential, alongside the confidence to influence stakeholders and build high-value partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Approximately 2 years’ experience in Trade Activation or Category Management, ideally within e-commerce
- Degree-level education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, agile, and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
