Key Responsibilities
- You will champion the customer internally, inputting into NPD projects at scoping, detailed planning and “ready to sell” stages to maximise success
- You will provide high quality contribution to the development of company’s category & customer strategies
- You will lead category management reviews with customer key contacts as the “trusted expert”
- You will provide category assessments, turning insight into action, to drive long term category growth
- You will lead on SKU delist management liaising with sales / brands and supply chain
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- You will be ambitious, with the confidence to drive big changes.
- You will be a creative problem solver, with resilience to look for new innovative solutions
- You will be curious getting under the skin of performance & implications
- You will have a track record in building collaborative relationships, and making an impact quickly, a natural visionary that will influence retailer actions as “a trusted expert”
- You will have experience in FMCG from a category, shopper or insight background
