International Spirits Brand Category Manager
Office-based – 4 days in Central London
Up to £60k + package
Our client:
Brand owner with one of the most exciting and disruptive portfolios in the UK spirits market
- Strong international presence across several core spirits categories
- Excellent distribution across both On & Off-Trade
- Fast-growing business that has seen significant headcount growth in recent years
- Seeking a dynamic Category Manager to take ownership of their Off-Trade channel
The role:
- Lead the category agenda across key UK grocery customers, turning data into compelling commercial stories
- Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to influence JBPs, ranging, promotions, and retail execution
- Own Nielsen, Dunnhumby, and EPOS insights, becoming the go-to category expert across the business

Ideal candidate:
- Proven Category Management experience within FMCG, ideally food, drink, or spirits
- Strong understanding of UK grocery retailers and how to influence customer decision-making
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and confident presenting insights to senior stakeholders
Benefits & details:
- Up to £60,000 basic salary
- 15% bonus + benefits package
- 4 days per week in a Central London office
