I'm searching for a Category Marketing Manager who blends sharp commercial instinct, creative storytelling, and data analytics to turn key products into major market wins.
The Role
As Category Marketing Manager, you will influence how our core product portfolio is positioned and sold working cross-functionally with the wider commercial leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Architect dynamic, result-driven marketing plans designed to spotlight priority lines and maximize revenue impact.
- Compelling Storytelling: Translate product specifications into persuasive customer-centric value propositions that move inventory.
- Omnichannel Ownership: Direct cohesive campaigns across brick-and-mortar locations, e-commerce platforms, email, and social networks (including emerging social commerce spaces like TikTok Shop).
- Trend Intelligence: Monitor market movements and consumer demands to keep our product positioning ahead of competitors.
- AI & Tech Innovation: Champion AI-driven workflows and automation tools to elevate campaign performance and team productivity.
- Performance Analytics: Track sales metrics and campaign performance, continuously refining strategies based on hard data.

- Retail & Brand Marketing Background: Proven track record in retail, e-commerce, or consumer product marketing.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to connect marketing initiatives directly to revenue, margins, and store profitability.
- Multi-Channel Proficiency: Deep knowledge of how physical store execution and digital conversion work together.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: A collaborative communicator who can align diverse internal teams, challenge legacy thinking, and drive projects across the finish line.
