Salary: circa £75,000 DOE + Bonus

We are working with a leading UK food service provider to appoint an Account Manager for a high-profile catering operation within a leading investment firm in London.
The account provides a broad range of high-end employee dining, hospitality, events, coffee and retail services, supporting a busy corporate environment with a strong focus on quality and service and has an annual value of approximately £3 million.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, engaging with both the team and the client, and taking real ownership of standards and performance. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a consistently high level of service while identifying opportunities to further develop the account and strengthen the overall client experience.

The Role:
- Drive day to day operational excellence, service standards and commercial performance
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of 35+, including Heads of Department and develop future talent.
- Be a visible and engaging leader on site, setting the tone and maintaining high standards
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the client and key stakeholders
- Drive consistently high standards across service, food quality and customer experience
- Manage budgets, costs and P&L performance
- Identify opportunities to improve the operation and further develop the service.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Senior General Manager who is confident leading a high-end operation and understands the standards expected within a demanding corporate environment.
- Proven experience in high-end corporate contract catering essential
- Strong P&L and commercial management experience
- Experience leading and developing senior management teams
- Engaging, visible and hands-on leadership style
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards
- Commercially aware, well organised and confident in decision-making
- Genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service
