Are you someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering great hospitality? As a Catering Assistant at Nottingham Trent University, you'll be part of NTU's catering team, delivering hospitality across meetings, conferences, events, and university functions.
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused Catering assistant to join our busy hospitality team on a full-time contract of 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service across a variety of hospitality settings, including formal dining, banqueting, events and delivered hospitality services.
About The Role
As a catering assistant, you will play a key role in creating outstanding experiences for our customers. Working across multiple hospitality venues and events, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, anticipating customer needs and ensuring the highest standards of presentation and professionalism are maintained at all times.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting colleagues as part of a team or without supervision, leading by example and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Location: This role supports catering operations across Nottingham Trent University's City, Clifton, Brackenhurst, Mansfield, and Confetti campuses, so flexibility to work across different locations is essential.
