About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Services Department of the University for a Catering Assistant position. The role requires you to assist the Catering Manager to maximise the business potential of the Food and Beverage operation through effective delivery of an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Catering Manager in maximising the business potential of the Food and Beverage operation.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work in all areas of the department.
- Uphold professional values.
- Be an excellent team player.
- Deliver a high standard of product knowledge to the customer.
Requirements
- Experience as a barista in a high-volume coffee shop.
- Knowledge of good stock handling and rotation.
- Awareness and adherence to food safety procedures.
- Familiarity with high standards of hygiene.
