Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, including coffee.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to assist customers with their choices.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Support café opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in line with safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain clean and well-presented counters, displays, workstations, and seating areas.
- Operate coffee machines and café equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow cash handling and security procedures.
- Promote a safe working environment and report any hazards or incidents.
