Customer-focused and reliable hospitality team member with experience delivering excellent service in a busy café environment. Passionate about creating a positive customer experience through friendly service, high standards of food and drink preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment. Experienced in working as part of a team, supporting daily operations, handling customer enquiries, and preparing quality coffee and food to company standards. Committed to food safety, hygiene, and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, including coffee.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to assist customers with their choices.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Support café opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in line with safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain clean and well-presented counters, displays, workstations, and seating areas.
- Operate coffee machines and café equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow cash handling and security procedures.
- Promote a safe working environment and report any hazards or incidents.
