Catering Assistant - The Carlton Academy
Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale Band 5, Scale Point 28
Actual salary: £18,722.26 per annum (FTE: £25,218.62)
32.5 hours per week - Part time, Permanent, Term time only
Required as soon as possible

Your role…
As a Catering Assistant, You’ll
- Operate a till in line with NRS cashless catering system.
- Assist with the counter service of food.
- Help with the preparation of hot and cold food.
- Keep all food preparation and service areas clean and tidy.
- Wash and dry equipment.
- Ensure the dining room is clean and tidy at the end of each session, including wiping of tables.
- Take delivery of food stock and ensure they are to the required standards.
- Have a full understanding of the required level of health and safety, food hygiene and nutritional standards.
- Have good product knowledge.
