Part-Time Catering Assistant | Alphington Aged Care
Pay: $27.08/hr base + superannuation
Location: Alphington, VIC
Roster: Monday-Friday (7:00 am – 1:00 pm OR 1:30 pm – 7:30 pm) | Optional Sunday nights
Cater Care is looking for enthusiastic Catering Assistants to join our dedicated team at a premier aged care facility in Alphington.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with basic food preparation (salads, sandwiches, texture-modified meals)
- Serving meals and snacks with friendly, high-quality customer service
- Restocking supplies before and after meal periods
- Cleaning kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
- Setting tables and supporting chefs with day-to-day kitchen tasks
About You
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in food service and/or customer service
- Experience in aged care, healthcare or catering environments a plus
- Reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and without supervision
- Well-presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
