You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK's leading contract caterers, providing fresh, innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each school.

Our mission is simple: to provide our teams with the right skills to succeed in their job and our exceptional teams of seasoned specialists customise our catering services to fit children of all ages and satisfy the unique needs of our clients.

Working as part of the main kitchen team, you will support the preparation and service of fresh, nutritious meals for pupils and staff from 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

On Saturdays, you will take the lead role within our new coffee shop, operating from 7:00am to 12:30pm, delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for the wider school community.

The successful candidate will be passionate about food and customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be confident taking ownership of a customer-facing operation. A flexible approach is essential, as the role will also support occasional evening and weekend events throughout the academic year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
