Overview
Dunelm's Distribution Centres, in Stoke-on-Trent, are looking to recruit a Pausa Catering Assistant to work on nights assist us with our growing operation.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our fast-paced warehouse, which forms part of the operation accountable for getting our products out to our stores and customers, while all the time ensuring that we provide the best levels of customer service possible.
As we strive to become the number one homewares provider, our colleagues are instrumental in making this business work.
Weekend only - 20 hours per week.
Sunday - Thurs - 11:30pm - 3:30am - 4 hours per night
£12.81 per hour including a night shift allowance

We have an on-site academy trainer who continually works with all colleagues in their career development, holding workshops and ongoing training for all. Leadership skills are valued and developed, as we aim to fill our management roles in-house.

We ensure that all line managers have been trained in mental health first aid to be there for all colleagues.
What you'll be doing
Whilst meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants function as part of a tight knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge.
As part of this role you will be working, and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork.
- Serving hot and cold beverages.
- Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items.
- Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot.
- Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible.
- Loading and unloading the dishwashers.
- Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant.

You’ll have previous involvement working closely with a team and you’ll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment.
