Company Description

Full Time: 20hrs a week

Location: Perkins Engines, Tixall Road, Stafford, ST16 3UB

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Food Service

  • Assist with the preparation, portioning and presentation of food items.
  • Serve customers politely and efficiently, maintaining portion control and service standards.
  • Set up, replenish and clear service counters throughout service periods.

Customer Experience

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Respond to customer queries and requests promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming service environment.

Operational Support

  • Assist with basic food preparation under supervision.
  • Support the smooth running of break times, meal periods, hospitality events and ad-hoc service requirements.
  • Follow all operational procedures, including allergen management and labelling.

Cleaning & Hygiene

  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks in kitchen, service and dining areas.
  • Wash up equipment, utensils and crockery using manual or mechanical methods.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and adhere to uniform requirements.

  • Report hazards, maintenance issues or incidents immediately.
