Walkwood Church of England Middle School

Walkwood Church of England Middle School are looking to appoint a part-time Catering Assistant for 1 day per week.

This role would suit an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys working as part of a team and making a positive contribution to school life. As a Catering Assistant, you will support the preparation and serving of nutritious meals, help maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, and assist in creating a welcoming dining environment for all pupils. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues within the catering team, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills, while also establishing positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff. A friendly, flexible approach and a commitment to providing an excellent service are essential to ensuring that lunchtime is a safe, enjoyable and positive experience for everyone. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills, maintain best practice, and contribute effectively to the ongoing success of the catering service.
