Salary Range $22.00 – $22.00 Hourly
Castle Hill Inn is seeking a Catering Bartender to join our team amid stunning coastal scenery. Located on 40 acres overlooking Narragansett Bay, Castle Hill Inn, a Relais & Chateaux hotel, offers an unmatched New England relaxation experience. Our property features guest rooms nestled on private beach sand dunes, a banquet facility, and two award-winning restaurants showcasing exceptional gastronomy. About the Catering Bartender Role
You will craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and hospitality during banquet events.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm
- Mix and prepare cocktails, wine, draught beers, and bottled beverages using ingredients such as liquor (whiskey, vodka, gin, rum), soda, water, sugar, syrups, and bitters
- Assist in placing orders and stocking liquor and bar supplies
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail
- Set up and disassemble banquet bars and equipment after events

Eligibility & Essentials
- Passionate about hospitality and hospitalityчёткость, organizational skills
- Must have a flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Minimum of 2 years of professional mixology or hospitality experience required
- Must be comfortable standing for long shifts (6+ hours)
- Ability to lift and transport drinks, equipment, and supplies (25-50 lbs.)
- Strong collaboration and teamwork with a respectful, equitable approach to workplace culture
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive pay: $22/hour
- 2 weeks paid time off (accrued)
