About the Role
At Castle Hill Inn, a Relais & Chateaux property nestled on 40 acres overlooking Narragansett Bay, we seek a passionate Catering Bartender to contribute to our exceptional hospitality experience. You’ll serve as part of a team managing our boutique hotel, where guests relax in stunning coastal views and indulge in fine dining by our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Provide warm greetings and attentive service during banquet events.
- Drink Preparation:
- Mix cocktails and beverages using ingredients like liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters.
- Serve wine, draft, and bottled beer with expertise.
- Inventoried Management: Assist with ordering/replenishing liquor and supplies.
- Banquet Support:
- Set up and break down event bars efficiently.
- Serve both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages (including dietary/preference accommodations).
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospitality/bartending, preferably in banquet or event service.
- Availability: Flexible schedule for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods; lift/move 25–50 lbs.
- Attitude: Upright attitude, customer-first mindset, and team-player orientation.

- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Positive, guest-focused demeanour.
- Respectful, collaborative workplace mindset.
