Location: The Prince of Wales Hospice, WF8 4BG
Salary: £30,672 - £34,958 FTE (dependent on experience)
Hours: 30 hours per week, flexibility required
Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for business growth and community impact? We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Catering Business Development Lead to help grow our catering services and generate vital income to support patient and family care at The Prince of Wales Hospice.
About The Role
This is an exciting new opportunity to develop and expand our external catering business - The Caring Kitchen. Working closely with our Catering Services Manager, Fundraising and Marketing teams, you'll identify new opportunities, build lasting customer relationships and increase bookings across corporate, community and private events. You'll become the face of our catering offer, promoting our services, developing partnerships and helping maximise income for the Hospice.

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in business development, sales or account management
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- A proven ability to develop opportunities and achieve targets
- Strong organisational and relationship management skills
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and be confident driving as part of the role
- Experience in catering, hospitality or events (desirable)
