The Role
You will win new corporate catering customers and help grow itsu’s catering business. You will find and qualify opportunities, lead proposals and negotiations, and close business that our shops can deliver reliably and profitably. You will own the sales journey through to a clear handover to the Delivery Account Manager, who manages onboarding and the ongoing customer relationship.
Reporting into the Head of Delivery Operations, this role will build relationships and work closely with the Delivery Account Manager, Operations, shops, Food, Finance and relevant internal teams.

Core Responsibilities
- Target corporate customers in areas itsu shops can serve reliably and profitably, reaching relevant workplace decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, office visits, networking, introductions and events.
- Lead customer meetings and tastings, prepare proposals, negotiate and close new business against agreed targets.
- Assess pricing, contribution profit and repeat potential, accounting for food, labour, packaging, delivery, discounts and platform costs where applicable.
- Work within agreed commercial and operational parameters. Secure approval from the Head of Delivery Operations for exceptions before making customer commitments.
- Complete a clear handover of customer requirements and agreed commercial terms to the Delivery Account Manager for onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Support major expansions, new locations or materially different opportunities where these are treated as new business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts, with clear pipeline values, next actions, expected close dates and reporting on results, risks and priorities.
- Share relevant customer and competitor feedback to help improve the catering offer and sales approach.

About You
- You have a proven record of personally generating and closing B2B new business against sales targets.
- You bring relevant experience in catering, foodservice, hospitality, workplace services or another operationally complex B2B business.
- You are confident approaching new customers, building a pipeline from scratch, presenting, negotiating and closing sales.
- You understand pricing, contribution profit and account value, and can challenge opportunities that are not commercially or operationally viable.
- You plan your sales activity well, maintain accurate CRM records and produce realistic forecasts.
- You are resilient, practical and accountable for results, and work well with shop and operational teams.
