Catering & Conference Assistant | US Law Firm | Up to £35k
A leading US law firm is looking to recruit a Catering & Conference Assistant to join its busy London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.
You'll become an integral part of a high-performing team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of hospitality services, ensuring meeting rooms, events and client spaces are presented to the highest standard. This role would suit an individual who is hands-on, service-led and enjoys working in a professional corporate setting.
What does this role offer:
- Salary of up to £35,000 DOE
- Monday-Friday working pattern
- Rotating shifts between 7am-7pm
- London office location
- Friendly and supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meeting rooms throughout the day
- Ensure food, drinks and hospitality requests are delivered efficiently and professionally
- Assist with the smooth running of internal meetings, events and client functions
- Maintain exceptional standards across hospitality and communal areas
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, visitors and external suppliers
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within hospitality, catering, conferencing or a similar client-facing role
- Experience within a law firm, professional services firm or corporate environment would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and a naturally customer-focused approach
- High standards of organisation and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with the flexibility to support a range of hospitality requirements
