Are you passionate about people, food, and creating great workplace experiences?

We're looking for a Catering and Facilities Manager to lead our catering and facilities team at Cannington and help deliver our vision of creating a welcoming, safe, and thriving community for our co-owners.

More than just a canteen, our restaurant is the heart of the site. Serving over 220 co-owners across four shifts, it is where people come together to connect, recharge, and build a sense of belonging. Our workforce is multicultural and diverse, and we see food as a powerful way of bringing people together. We're looking for someone who can engage with co-owners from all backgrounds, understanding and celebrating different cultures through an inclusive, nutritious, and varied food offering that makes everyone feel welcome.

You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every co-owner feels valued through great service, healthy and nourishing food, and an environment that reflects our values and purpose.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Catering and Facilities team.
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates the diversity of our workforce.
  • Deliver an outstanding food and customer service experience for all co-owners.
  • Develop nutritious, high-quality menus that reflect the diverse cultures and preferences of our workforce while minimising waste.
  • Manage catering and facilities budgets, suppliers, and operational performance.
  • Enhance and expand food offerings across all shifts, including night shift provision.
  • Oversee the onsite staff shop, honesty fridge, and vending services.
  • Ensure high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support the development of catering facilities and services.
  • Work alongside the engagement lead to deliver events for our co-owners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
