Job Description
Catering Manager | Sullivan Upper School
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Location: Sullivan Upper School
- Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only

We are seeking an enthusiastic Catering Manager to lead our catering operation at Sullivan Upper School. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a busy and vibrant school catering service, working with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service to students and staff.

About the Role
As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the catering service, including:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the catering team
- Managing food production and service standards
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements
- Controlling budgets, stock, and purchasing
- Driving sales and promoting a positive dining experience
- Building strong relationships with the school and wider catering team
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Previous catering management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A passion for food quality and customer service
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
