Catering Manager
£38,000 per annum | Monday–Friday
Are you an experienced catering manager who thrives on leading teams, building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience?
Eurest is looking for a Catering Manager to take ownership of a busy catering operation in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contract catering professional who wants to make a real impact across people, service, commercial performance and innovation.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of the catering operation, ensuring consistently high standards across food, hospitality and customer service.
Your Role Will Include
- Managing the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered every day.
- Taking full P&L responsibility, monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Managing stock, purchasing and ordering controls to minimise waste and maximise value.
- Leading, developing and motivating the team, with responsibility for HR and people management.
- Building strong and effective relationships with the client and key stakeholders on site.
- Overseeing hospitality services and ensuring events and functions are delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Driving new ideas and innovation to enhance the customer experience and improve business performance.
- Ensuring strong HSE, food safety and sustainability standards are maintained.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the operation, service standards and overall client experience.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for an accomplished catering professional with the confidence and experience to lead an operation and make commercial decisions.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Previous contract catering experience in a management position.
- Strong experience of P&L management and commercial performance.
- Proven experience managing, developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong understanding of catering operations, stock control and purchasing.
- A passion for delivering great food, hospitality and customer experiences.
- A proactive and innovative approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into action.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
