Catering Manager

Location: Greenford

Salary: £36,045 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Weekend Requirement: 1 visit every 4–6 weeks

DBS: A DBS check will be required for this role

About The Role

Are you an experienced catering professional looking for your next opportunity?

Eurest is looking for a Catering Manager to take overall responsibility for the management and performance of our catering operation in Greenford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, commercially aware and people-focused leader who is passionate about delivering excellent food, outstanding customer service and high operational standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring the catering service is delivered safely, efficiently and profitably, while building strong relationships with both customers and clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day catering operation, ensuring excellent food and service standards.
  • Lead, motivate and support the catering team.
  • Manage budgets, stock control, ordering and financial performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, Health & Safety and allergen standards.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and continually improve the service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the operation and deliver a great customer experience.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Catering Manager or catering professional with a proven track record of successfully managing food service operations.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Previous experience managing a catering, hospitality or food service operation.
  • Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, costs and stock control.
  • A good understanding of food safety, Health & Safety and allergen compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering great service.
  • The confidence to build effective relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership of the operation.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • A genuine passion for food, people and delivering high standards.
