Catering Manager High Volume Catering

Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk
Salary: £39,323 (live off site), £31,229 (live onsite)

Are you an experienced Head Chef, Chef Manager, or Catering Manager with strong team leadership and high-volume catering experience? We are looking for a confident catering professional to lead a busy operation, managing a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants while ensuring excellent standards of food, service, and safety.

The Role

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a catering team
  • Manage high-volume food production and service
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
  • Manage staffing, stock, and catering budgets
  • Ensure consistent quality across the operation

About You

  • Proven experience managing catering teams
  • Experience in high-volume or mass catering
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Excellent food safety and allergen knowledge
  • A passion for developing people and delivering quality
