MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading UK foodservice business on the search for a Catering Marketing Manager. This is a permanent role based in Huddersfield.
Reporting into the senior marketing team, you'll take ownership of the B2B marketing strategy for a growing foodservice division, delivering marketing activity that supports commercial growth, strengthens customer engagement and drives sales performance.
Working closely with Sales, Trading, Category and Operations, you'll develop targeted campaigns, promotional activity and customer communications that are tailored to different customer groups. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable commercial impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketer looking to take ownership of a broad marketing remit within a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver customer-focused B2B marketing plans across multiple customer segments.
- Create and execute annual trade marketing and promotional calendars.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and in-branch channels.
- Monitor and optimise the performance of the company's eCommerce channels, including website and app activity.
- Support major trade events, supplier exhibitions and customer engagement initiatives.
- Use customer insight and commercial data to shape future marketing activity.
- Produce engaging sales collateral, POS materials and marketing content that supports commercial teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Trading and Operations to ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities.
- Manage external suppliers and agency relationships where required.
- Measure campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements to maximise ROI.
- Support budget management and ensure marketing spend delivers commercial value.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience within a B2B marketing role, ideally across foodservice, wholesale, hospitality or FMCG.
- Proven ability to develop and execute commercially focused marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing and customer journey planning.
- Experience supporting sales teams through effective marketing collateral and lead generation activity.
- Knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Experience managing content creation across multiple platforms.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial, Trading and Operations teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, copywriting and presentation skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- A proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
