Coco di Mama is the UK’s most-loved Italian to Go brand, serving an all-day Italian menu and specialty coffee in our London stores, our nationwide delivery kitchens and our corporate catering platform, and more recently through our retail ranges available in Sainsbury’s and Tesco.
At Coco di Mama, we are an innovative and entrepreneurial team who are constantly seeking ways to evolve the brand proposition to stay relevant and grow the brand to new customers and new occasions.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a commercially minded Catering Sales & Account Manager to take ownership of the performance and growth of our Catering business.
This is a broad, hands-on role with responsibility for the catering P&L, new business, key customer relationships, customer retention, third-party catering platforms and the continued development of our menu and proposition.

You’ll combine a passion for customers with strong commercial instincts – using sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and turn them into profitable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the catering P&L and deliver agreed revenue, profit and growth targets.
- Drive new business by building and converting a pipeline of corporate catering customers.
- Develop existing accounts to increase customer retention, order frequency and average order value.
- Own key customer relationships and ensure consistently high levels of customer service.
- Lead relationships with third-party catering platforms and identify opportunities to grow sales and visibility.
- Own and develop the CRM strategy, using customer data to drive retention, frequency and reactivation.
- Lead menu and proposition development using sales analysis, market trends and customer feedback.
- Develop the catering marketing and promotional strategy to support customer acquisition and growth.
