Catering Sales & Account Manager
About the Role
I'm working with a much-loved, fast-growing Italian food brand in London, and they're looking for a Catering Sales & Account Manager to take their corporate catering business to the next level.
This is a broad, hands-on commercial role based in Holborn, in an office connected to the production kitchen. You'll find and win new corporate customers, grow and reactivate existing accounts, and look after clients when it matters most, from live order support to post-delivery follow-up. You'll also get stuck into CRM, marketing campaigns, third-party catering platforms and menu development, giving you visibility across the whole business.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning new corporate clients across London
- Being the go-to contact for the office managers and EAs who rely on you to make them look good
- Shaping the menus, campaigns and customer experience behind a catering business that's already turning over £2.5m+, and building the team as it grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
You don't need to have done it all before!
- Marketing, CRM, menu development and platform management can all be taught. What they're looking for is someone who genuinely loves sales and customer service.
- Someone who picks up the phone, follows up when others give up, and gets a buzz from winning new business.
- Someone who's just as comfortable in a busy food environment as in a client conversation.
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have 2–5 years' experience in catering, events, hospitality or food & drink sales, account management or business development
- Have real sales experience, such as outbound prospecting, generating leads, converting enquiries or winning new accounts
- Have looked after corporate clients and know how to turn a problem into a loyal customer
- Are hungry, ambitious and excited by the idea of building something
- Are organised, adaptable and happy juggling live orders, prospects and projects at once
- Thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment rather than a quiet corporate office
