We're looking for a CAW Operations Coordinator to join our team on a 12 months FTC basis. This role offers a salary of £35,000 pro rata for 3 days remote working with occasional office visits may be required in London.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate Specialist Meetings and international task forces, ensuring projects are delivered on time and stakeholders remain engaged.
- Act as the key liaison for CAW Specialist Meetings and CAW Network USA, managing communications and reporting on progress.
- Support research and insight projects, ensuring accurate collection and sharing of information.
- Organise travel, meetings and events for the CAW team and international stakeholders.
- Work with the Marketing team to coordinate and distribute content from specialist groups across CAW channels.
- Support the Director with the day-to-day operations of CAW, including GDPR, legal compliance and finance administration.

Experience
- Project coordination, operations or stakeholder management.
- Working in a professional services, membership or B2B environment.
- Coordinating activities and managing multiple priorities.
- Preparing agendas, minutes and stakeholder communications.
- Working with senior UK and international stakeholders.
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
