The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young persons and must ensure that the highest priority is given following the guidance and regulations to safeguard children and young people. Teaching Assistant
- Hours: 28.75 hours per week (8:30-15:15 M, T, W, F & 8:30-14:00 Th)
- Working Weeks: 39 (term time plus INSET)
- Contract status: Fixed term until 31/08/2027
- Salary:
- Level 3 qualified: Grade 5, point 11 (starting salary £19,386)
- Unqualified: Grade 3, point 4 (starting Salary £17,349)
- Close date: 12/10/2026
- Interview date: 16/10/2026
- Start date: 09/11/2026

About the Role
We are looking for a teaching assistant, with a passion for pastoral support, who will:
- Help build pupil's confidence, independence and resilience as part of our SHINE values
- Be caring and motivated to enable children to Excel
- Contribute to, support and lead on areas of positive, inclusive and stimulating environments within classrooms, social times, 1:1 and group work
- Work across the school and different year groups to support best practice and strategies
