Purpose
The purpose of the Corporate Business Solutions Center (CBSC) Manager is to oversee and manage the financial, human resources and Business Administration activities and performance of the respective location, ensuring accurate financial representation and compliance with standards and regulations. The person is responsible for promoting and developing our CBSC in Finance, Human Resources and Business and Administration (BAS) towers image and leverage relationships with key stakeholders. The role supports strategic decision-making and business performance, acts as a business partner to local management, and maintains high-quality financial operations. Additionally, implements robust internal controls and drives continuous process improvements to align with SBM's standards. The person is responsible for the operational performance of the CBSC teams reporting operationally to him/her.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate representation of financial indicators and compliance with standards, requirements, and regulations. Oversee the quality of financial work.
- Manage and supervise the local CBSC team’s activities and performance effectively.
- Implement and monitor the Internal Control Matrix and support local management in developing a strong compliance culture.
- Act as a business partner to local management, supporting decision-making and performance improvement.
- Manage cash flow forecasts, support to local banking activities and treasury controls.
- Ensure timely completion of closing tasks, perform analysis, and submit financial information to the pillars as per SBM standards.
- Supervise the preparation, audit, and filing of all statutory accounts. Work closely with the tax team to prepare and submit local tax return.
- Ensure reliable Source to Pay operations including invoice accuracy and supplier payment integrity.
- Support process improvements in collaboration with other support functions, assessing and enhancing processes for quality and performance alignment with SBM standards.
- Supervise each local CBSC Tower and are responsible for their performance review, in collaboration with their respective functional Manager.

- Master Degree in Finance is required.
- Accountant & Management Diploma or ACA (Chartered accountant) is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience with exposure to senior management and leading a team. Experience in an accounting consultancy firm is a plus. Strong knowledge of local country regulation.
