The Lyceum Clinic Opportunity
The Lyceum Clinic is a clinician-led CBT and psychological therapy practice based in West London, seeing clients face-to-face across West London locations and virtually across the UK. We're growing and looking for an experienced, accredited therapist to join us on a flexible, self-employed basis.
We work with adults presenting with anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma and stress-related difficulties, depression, and low self-esteem; delivered through CBT and, where relevant, ACT, CFT, and other evidence-based approaches. Experience adapting CBT for neurodivergent clients is a strong plus.
Experience within NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) is very welcome — a lot of the best-fit therapists we work with come from that background and are looking for the autonomy of private practice without NHS caseload pressure.

What you'll be doing:
- Delivering CBT (and, where relevant, ACT, CFT, ERP, or other evidence-based modalities) to adult clients
- Face-to-face sessions at one or more of our West London locations, and/or virtual sessions
- Working within a clinically governed practice with clear supervision and structured outcome tracking (GAD-7/PHQ-9)
What we're looking for:
- Accredited by one of: BABCP (CBT-specific accreditation), HCPC (registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with substantial CBT training/experience), or BACP (Accredited member — MBACP Accred — with a clearly CBT-specific training background)
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification clinical experience, NHS or private
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of: anxiety disorders, OCD/ERP, trauma-focused CBT, depression, low self-esteem
- Familiarity with ACT, CFT, and/or neurodivergent-adapted CBT delivery is a strong plus
- Right to work in the UK
